It's safe to say that David Simchock's path through life has been anything but typical.  How often does someone pack in a corporate management career, wander around the planet for three years, and then establish himself as a successful artist?

For obvious reasons, David's "story" has attracted quite a bit of media attention since returning to his home state of New Jersey and founding Vagabond Vistas.   Equally intriguing are the "stories behind the photos" that David continues to create as his business and life evolve.

More and more often, David is being asked to talk about his travels, his life experiences and, of course, his photography.  David's presentations can be customized for many different types of venues and the content is designed to fit the objectives of the audience.

GALLERY TALKS

A picture is worth a thousand words...

In conjunction with David's high level of activity in the gallery and exhibition scene, he can often be found giving a "gallery talk", whether he has a single piece in a group show, or is enjoying a solo exhibition.  His topics range from his own life story, to the stories behind his images, to details of the creative process and marketing as an artist.

ARTISTIC & INSPIRATIONAL PRESENTATIONS

Whether David is showing his work or not, he is available to present an intriguing and colorful interactive event for public galleries, art clubs, schools or private organizations.  Armed with a digital projector, a selection of awe-inspiring images and a few unusual travel tales, David's presentations inspire his audience members to "create" their path through life, rather than simply "discover" what society has laid out for them.
